King Fish fillet lightly battered and fried; served with fries, coleslaw and tamarind and chandon beni sauce.

Lobster meat sautéed in white wine and garlic butter, tossed with bell pepper, onions and mushrooms. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed vegetables.
